Former Christ’s College Development Director and CCOBA President Derek Banks asks other Old Boys to follow his lead by making a gift to College.
Derek Banks, College's first Director of Development, has made a generous gift to Christ’s College.
In 2001, Derek was appointed to the new role and during his tenure which finished in 2010, he coordinated the refurbishment of the Dining Hall, the creation of the Cornerstones group which has now morphed into Friends of College, and started the parent’s Black and White Ball.
He also served on the College Board from 1976–91, and was president of the College Old Boys' Association from 1998–99.
Derek is admired and respected in the community and we are thrilled that he is, as ever, leading the way for Old Boys to advance the campaign. Thank you Derek.
